COMPUTER NETWORK SERVICES 2000 LTD Company Number: SC220406 Notice is hereby given that on 26th March 2015, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Dundee Sheriff Court by Computer Network Services 2000 Limited craving the Court, inter alia, that Computer Network Services 2000 Limited, having its registered office at Stannergate House, 41 Dundee Road West, Dundee, DD5 1NB be wound up by the Court and that Kenneth Wilson Pattullo and Neil Dempsey, both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Suite 3, Fifth Floor, Whitehall House, 33 Yeaman Shore, Dundee, DD1 4BJ be appointed as joint interim liquidators; in which Petition, the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 26th March 2015 ordained any interested persons, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Dundee Sheriff Court within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; and in the meantime appointed the said Kenneth Wilson Pattullo and Neil Dempsey to be joint provisional liquidators with, inter alia, authority to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of part 2 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
