In addition, resolutions to be taken at this meeting may include a resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated. Forms of Proxy and proof of debt are available. Proxies and proofs to be used at the meeting must be lodged with the Company care of Purnells, Treverva Farm, Treverva, Penryn, near Falmouth, Cornwall TR10 9BL by 12.00 noon on the business day before the meeting.
