DAFFODIL DEVELOPMENTS LTD (Company Number 07115620 ) Registered office: Registered Office: St Georges House, 24 Queens Road, Weybridge, Surrey KT13 9UX Pursuant to section 719 of the Companies Act 2006 (“the 2006 Act”) Daffodil Developments Ltd (“the Company”) hereby gives notice that: 1 The Company has approved, by special resolution passed on 7 August 2014, a payment out of capital for the purpose of acquiring 125,000 of its own ordinary shares and 125,000 of its own preference shares of £1.00 each by purchase. 2 The amount of the permissible capital payment, as defined in section 710 of the 2006 Act, for the shares in question is £75,000. 3 The directors’ statement and the auditor’s report required by section 714 of the 2006 Act are available for inspection at the Company’s registered office. 4 Any creditor of the Company may at any time prior to 11 September 2014 (the date falling 5 weeks after the date of the special resolution approving the payment out of capital) apply to the court under section 721 of the 2006 Act for an order preventing the payment out of capital.
