(A) 46 bakers lane, lichfield, WS13 6NF being the land transferred pursuant to the transfer dated 20 december 2024 and made between (1) lichfield district council and (2) darwin prospects LLP and the transfer dated 20 december 2024 and made between (1) rookman properties limited and (2) darwin prospects LLP;. (B) all present and future freehold and leasehold property or immovable property of chargor situate in england and wales;. (C) any buildings, fixtures, fittings, plant and machinery from time to time on or forming part of the property referred to in paragraph (a) and (b) above; and. (D) any property related rights arising in relation to any of the assets described in paragraphs (a) to (c) above (inclusive).

Debenture includes fixed charge over all assets of the company including but not limited to 46 bakers lane, lichfield, WS13 6NF and all existing and future intellectual property owned by the company.
