Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited
Partnerships Act 1907, that BE VI GP 2 Limited transferred 100% of
its interest in Arbor Co-Investment Limited Partnership, a limited
partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP021716
(the “Partnership”), to BE VI GP LP, being the general partner of the
Partnership. As a result of such transfer BE VI GP 2 Limited ceased to
be a limited partner of the Partnership.
