that the Trustee of the Marathon Service (GB) Limited Pension and
Life Assurance Scheme (the “Trustee”) has commenced the process
of winding-up the Marathon Service (GB) Limited Pension and Life
Assurance Scheme (the “Scheme”).
Any creditor, or any member of the Scheme, or any relative or
beneficiary or personal representative of a member of the Scheme or
any other person who believes they have a claim against, or
entitlement to a pension or any benefit from, or interest in the Scheme
is requested to write without delay to:
The Trustee of the Marathon Service (GB) Limited Pension and Life

documents which support their claim.
Important note: The Trustee has already written to all members and
beneficiaries currently receiving benefits or with a known entitlement
to future benefits from the Scheme. If you have received a notification
of wind-up dated 15 November 2022 from the Trustee, you do not
need to respond to this notice.
All claims must be made by 31 January 2023 so they may be
considered by the Trustee before the Scheme is wound up.
After that date, the Trustee will proceed to distribute the remaining
assets of the Scheme as part of the winding-up of the Scheme.
Having regard to only those claims and entitlements the Trustee has
received notice of by 31 January 2023. The Trustee will not be liable

and 1997 and has since died, then there may be an entitlement to a
payment.
If you believe you or a relative fall into this category (and you have not
already been contacted by the Trustee on account of GMP

writing (together with your full name, present address, date of birth
and copies of all documents which support your transfer) or, if you are
writing in respect of a deceased relative, their full name, last address,
date of birth and date of death. Please contact the Trustee at the
above address by 31 January 2023 using the contact details set out
