B. all other interests belonging to the company in or over land or the proceeds of sale of land and all licences now or in the future held by it to enter on or use land; and. C. the benefit of all other agreements relating to all the assets of the company described in paragraph (a) above and all present and future heritable or leasehold property in scotland now or in the future vested in the company, together with all buildings, fixtures and fixed plant and machinery on such property, the proceeds of the sale of the whole or any part of such property and all rights appurtenant to or benefitting such property.

The property known as devonshire point, 121 - 125 fitzwilliam street, sheffield S1 4JP and registered at the land registry under title number SYK456995 (the "property"), all plant and machinery in the borrower's possession located at the property, all fixtures and fittings from time to time attached to the property, all other chattels of the borrower located at the property and not ordinarily disposed of in the borrower's ordinary course of business, all rents receivable from any lease granted of the property and all the goodwill of the borrower's business carried on at the property.
