AND COMMUNICATIONS (SCOTLAND) LIMITED Company Number: SC339399 Notice is hereby given that on 08 June 2018 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Coralinn LLP for inter alia an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up Digital I.T. and Communications (Scotland) Limited (Company No: SC339399) having its registered office previously at Exsel House, Springhill Parkway, Baillieston, Glasgow, G69 6GA and now at 101 Rose Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3JG and to appoint Joint Interim Liquidators; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 08 June 2018 appointed Notice of the Import of the Petition and of the deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in The Herald newspaper; ordained the said company and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; eo die the Sheriff Nominated and Appointed Stuart Charles Robb, Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group, 4th Floor, 58 Waterloo Street, Glasgow G2 7DA and Julien Robert Irving, Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group, 18/22 Bridge Street, Spinningfields, Manchester M3 3BZ to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of the said company and Authorised them to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; for a limited period of 3 months from this date hereof (unless otherwise extended) or until the appointment of an Interim Liquidator of the Company is appointed; all of which notice is hereby given.
