All and whole the subjects being the westmost flatted dwellinghouse on the first floor of the aftermentioned tenement comprising four apartments, kitchen, boxroom and bathroom, known as and forming eight caledonian mansions, hillhead, glasgow (otherwise having a postal address of flat eight, caledonian mansions, seven otago street, glasgow, G12 8JJ), formerly in the county of lanark and then in the region of strathclyde and for the purpose of registration of writs in the county of the barony and regality of glasgow, part of the tenement of shops and houses forming numbers four hundred and forty five to four hundred and fifty nine great western road, and one to eight caledonian mansions, glasgow, erected on all and whole that plot of ground situated on the south side of great western road, glasgow, containing four hundred and forty five thousandth or decimal parts of an acre or thereby imperial standard measure more particularly described in, disponed by, and shown partly coloured blue, partly coloured and hatched blue and partly coloured and cross hatched blue on the plan annexed and executed as relative to the disposition by the british railways board in favour of city wall properties (scotland) limited, dated thirtieth march and recorded in the division of the general register of sasines applicable to the county of the barony and regality of glasgow on fourteenth april, both in the year nineteen hundred and sixty six, but under the exception thereinmentioned; together with (one) the whole rights, common, mutual and otherwise pertaining to the said subjects hereby disponed, and without prejudice to the foregoing generality those specified and contained in deed of conditions by charles mccolgan, as trustee thereinmentioned dated twelfth and recorded in the said division of the general register of sasines on twenty seventh both days of april nineteen hundred and seventy eight; (two) the heritable fixtures and fittings therein and thereon; (three) the parts, privileges and pertinents thereof; and (four) the seller’s whole right, title and interest present and future therein and thereto.
