DOCUMENT PROCESSING AGENCY LIMITED In Creditor’s Voluntary Liquidation (Company Number NI068807) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 92 of THE INSOLVENCY (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1989, that the Final Meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above named Company, will be held at 1st Floor, Linenhall Exchange, 26 Linenhall Street, Belfast BT2 8BG on the 14th January 2016 at 2.00 pm and 2.30 pm respectively for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property disposed of, and hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. The following resolutions will be considered at the creditor’s meeting: 1. That the Liquidator’s Receipts and Payments account approved. 2. That the Liquidator receives his release. 3. That the Liquidator has the power to destroy the books and records of the company 12 months after the final meeting. 4. That the Liquidator’s fees and expenses be approved.
