NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Article 92 of The Insolvency
(Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that the Final Meeting of the Members
and the Creditors of the above named Company, will be held at PKF-
FPM Accountants Limited, 1- 3 Arthur Street, Belfast, Co Antrim, BT1
4GA on 30 July 2018 at 11:00 am and 11:15am respectively for the
purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator
showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted
and the property disposed of, and hearing any explanations that may
be given by the Liquidator.
The following resolutions will be considered at the creditors’ meeting:
1. That the Liquidator’s receipts and payments account be approved.
2. That the Liquidator receives his release.
3. That the Liquidator has the power to destroy the books and records
of the company 12 months after the final meeting.
In the absence of a quorum or any objections to the contrary, the
liquidator will deem that the resolutions listed above have been
accepted by default.

which comes into operation on 26th June 2017.
These Regulations give effect to Articles 30 and 32 of European
Regulations (EC) No. 1371/2007 in relation to complaints handling and
the enforcement of the rights of passengers in rail transport.

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred on them
by Regulation 3 of the Bathing Waters (Scotland) Regulations 2008,
have designated 86 bathing waters for the 2017 bathing season.
The Scottish Ministers are required by Regulation 3(5) to notify that
the full list of bathing waters, including their boundaries, has been
published on the Scottish Government’s website. It is published at
