THE A595 TRUNK ROAD (MIREHOUSE) (50 MILES PER HOUR
SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2015
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Highways England Company Limited
(Company No. 09346363) has on 19 October 2015 made the above-
mentioned Order, under sections 84 (1) and (2) of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 on the A595 Trunk Road in the District of
Copeland in the County of Cumbria. The Order will come into force on
1 November 2015;
The effect of the Order will be to:
i Impose a 50 miles per hour speed limit on the northbound
carriageway of the A595 trunk road from a point 75.1 metres
north of the gable wall of No.9 St John’s Terrace to a point 142
metres southeast of the island at the centre of the Mirehouse
road junction.
ii Impose a 50 miles per hour speed limit on the southbound
carriageway of the A595 trunk road from a point 142 metres
southeast of the island at the centre of the Mirehouse road
junction to a point 75.1 metres north of the gable wall of No.9 St
John’s Terrace.
The speed limit will not apply to vehicles being used for emergency
purposes by the police, fire and rescue authority, ambulance services,
or special-forces.
The effect of the Order is as described in the Notice that appeared in
the London Gazette on 6 August 2015 (Issue Number 61316).
A copy of the Order and Notice, together with a Plan, have been
deposited at the Cumbria County Council Offices, Joseph Noble
Road, Lillyhall, Workington, Cumbria, CA14 4JH, and Copeland

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the council of the London Borough
of Southwark on 29 October 2015 made the above-mentioned orders
under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to
the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the orders will be:- (a) to close part of
SUMNER STREET to motor vehicle traffic between its junction with
Holland Street and the western vehicular entrance to Bankside House,
with exemption for vehicles accessing the Tate Gallery of Modern Art;
(b) to introduce one-way south-eastbound traffic working for all
vehicles except pedal cycles in HOLLAND STREET between its
junctions with Castle Yard and Sumner Street; (c) to introduce one-
way south-bound traffic working for all vehicles except pedal cycles in
SUMNER STREET between its junctions with Holland Street and
Southwark Street; (d) to remove the existing ‘no entry except pedal
cycles’ restriction at the junction of HOPTON STREET and HOLLAND
STREET; (e) to relocate the existing taxi stopping area in HOLLAND
STREET to a new lay-by located opposite its junction with Castle
Yard; (f) to relocate existing pay parking places in PARK STREET and
SUMNER STREET to new locations in GREAT GUILDFORD STREET,
HOLLAND STREET and elsewhere in SUMNER STREET; and (g) to
amend the designation of existing permit, pay, car club and electric
vehicle parking places in HOLLAND STREET so as to better reflect
the carriageway and footway layout.
3. Copies of the orders, which will come into force on 02 November
2015, and of all other relevant documents are available for inspection
until the end of a period of six weeks from the date the orders were

the closure area and provide a new ‘shared-use’ parking place on the
east side of the eastern arm of CAMBERWELL GREEN, by re-
purposing two redundant doctors’ parking places outside Brighton
House and Peabody Estate, Camberwell Green; and (e) to revise
waiting and loading restrictions in the eastern arm of CAMBERWELL
GREEN so as to accommodate the new road layout.

STOPPING) ORDER 2015
1. Transport for London hereby gives notice that it intends to make
the above named Traffic Order under section 14(1), (5), (7) and 15(2) of
the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and is satisfied that these works
will last in excess of 18 months for the purpose specified in paragraph
2. The effect of the Order is summarised in paragraph 3.
2. The purpose of the Order is to enable redevelopment works at Nos.
128-150 Blackfriars Road to take place.
3. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit any vehicle except those
vehicles being used in connection with the redevelopment of Nos.
128-150 Blackfriars Road from stopping on the eastern kerb-line of
Blackfriars Road opposite Peabody Square, Block B.
The Order will be effective at certain times from 12:01 am on the 30th
November 2015 until the works have been completed. The prohibition
will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time
to time be indicated by traffic signs.
4. The prohibition will not apply in respect of:
(1) any vehicle being used for the purposes of those works or for fire
brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(2) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police
constable in uniform or a person authorised by Transport for London.
5. The Order will be revoked upon completion of these works.

amended to accommodate the disabled bays.

UK/TAJIKISTAN DOUBLE TAXATION AGREEMENT
The comprehensive Double Taxation Agreement between the UK and
Tajikistan, which was signed on 1 July 2014 in London, entered into
force on 16 March 2015. The text of the Double Taxation Agreement
has been published as the Schedule to the Double Taxation Relief
and International Tax Enforcement (Tajikistan) Order 2014(Statutory
Instrument 2014 No. 3275), copies of which can be obtained from The
Stationery Office. The text of the Order can also be accessed on the
Internet at http://www.legislation.gov.uk/. The provisions of the
Double Taxation Agreement take effect in the UK from 1st April 2015
for corporation tax and taxes withheld at source and from 6th April
2015 for income and capital gains tax; in Tajikistan the provisions
apply from 1 April 2015 for taxes withheld at source and from 1
January 2016 for other taxes.

3.1 an explanation of the effect of this Order; and
3.2 express reference to the liberty to apply contained in Paragraph 5 below.
4. The Applicant shall be granted his release 28 days after the publication in the London Gazette referred to in paragraph 3.1 above and without
being required to apply to the Secretary of State for a release pursuant to S.173(2)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 and Rule 4.144(3) or Rule 4.1
22(3)(b) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, save that should the 28 days expire before the expiry of 28 days after receipt of any of the notices

On 17th April 2013, PAN Trustees Ltd of registered office, 3
Castlefield Court, Church Street, Reigate, Surrey RH2 0AH was
appointed as Independent Trustee to the Scheme. The Trustee is
responsible for managing the distribution of the Scheme’s assets and
is keen to trace former employees of the employers listed above who
believe that they may have an interest or entitlement under the
Scheme.

of the Scheme. Accordingly, it is of vital importance that any person
