LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907 Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 31 December 2019, Bregal Private Capital II (Luxembourg) SARL (the "Departing Limited Partner") transferred to (1) HLSF V Holdings LP sixty two percent (62%) of its interest held in Endless Fund II A LP (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP012733; and (2) HL Secondary Aggregator II L.P. thirty eight percent (38%) of its interest held by it in the Partnership; and that with effect from 31 December 2019, the Departing Limited Partner ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and HLSF V Holdings LP and HL Secondary Aggregator II L.P. became limited partners in the Partnership.
