EQT VII FC Coöperatief U.A. has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. EQT VII FC Collect SCA has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.

Rakso II B.V.; 2. Viturin Netherlands B.V.; and 3. Eric Liu, (together, the “First Transferring Limited Partners”) have transferred their entire interest in EQT VII FC I LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL023379 (the “Partnership”) to EQT AB with effect from 16 April 2019 (the “Effective Date”). Furthermore, each of: 1. Andreas Aschenbrenner; 2. Dominik Stein; 3. James David Yu; 4. Kristiaan Nieuwenburg; 5. Johannes Reichel; and 6. Marcus Brennecke, have transferred part of their interest in the Partnership to EQT AB with effect from the Effective Date. As a result of such transfers, EQT AB has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership, and the First Transferring Limited Partners have ceased to be limited partners, all with effect from the Effective Date. EQUITIX EPS LP (Registered No. SL008279 ) TRANSFER OF INTEREST IN A LIMITED PARTNERSHIP Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that: (a) under an Assignation Agreement dated 31 December 2018, Nick Parker assigned his entire interest and share as a Limited Partner in Equitix EPS LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL008279 (the "Partnership"), to Equitix EPS GP Limited (the existing General Partner) and so ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership; (b) under an Assignation Agreement dated 31 December 2018, Peter Sheldrake assigned his entire interest and share as a Limited Partner in the Partnership to Equitix EPS GP Limited (the existing General Partner) and so ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership; (c) under an Assignation Agreement dated 31 December 2018, Sabrina Sidhu assigned her entire interest and share as a Limited Partner in the Partnership to Equitix EPS GP Limited (the existing General Partner) and so ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership; (d) on 31 December 2018, Equitix EPS GP Limited transferred part of its limited partnership interest in the Partnership to Peter Roughton, Amanda Leness, Phil Skerman, Charlotte Douglass, Phil Would, Nathan Wakefield, Tom Cunningham, Daan Vermeer and Kash Rahuf as new limited partners of the Partnership and to Geoff Jackson, Hugh Crossley, Siôn Jones, Jonathan Smith, David Harding and Richard Knight each as an existing limited partner of the Partnership. Immediately subsequent to this, EQT VII FC Coöperatief U.A. has been re-admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
