EQT VII FC Coöperatief U.A. has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. EQT VII FC Collect SCA has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.

Immediately subsequent to this, EQT VII FC Coöperatief U.A. has been re-admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
