NOTICE OF CHANGE OF PARTNER LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907 Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Unicapital Investments (Management) S.A. on behalf of Unicapital Investments IV transferred 100% of its interest in EQT V (No.1) Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP011508 (the “Partnership”), to Kline Hill Partners IV SPV LLC. As a result of such transfer Kline Hill Partners IV SPV LLC was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Unicapital Investments (Management) S.A. on behalf of Unicapital Investments IV ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. EQUITIX FUND VII LP (Registered No. LP022752) Notice of change of General Partner Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that pursuant to a deed of retirement and appointment of general partner dated 7 October 2022, Equitix Initial GP Limited retired and ceased to be a general partner in Equitix Fund VII LP, a private fund limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP022752 (the "Partnership"), and Equitix GP 7 Limited became a general partner in the Partnership.
