(First) all and whole the subjects on the south of cowcaddens road, glasgow, G2 3PR and on the north of renfrew street, glasgow being the subjects registered under title number gla 144479 under exception of that area of ground coloured pink more particularly described in and shown shaded pink on the plan annexed to the disposition by es renfield limited in favour of lntreal international real estate kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbh dated on or around the date hereof which subjects excepted are shown shaded pink on plan 1 annexed and executed as relative hereto ("plan 1"); and (second) all and whole the area of land forming part and portion of the subjects registered in the land register of scotland under title number GLA205554 being the subjects more particularly described in and shown shaded pink on the plan annexed to the disposition by lntreal international real estate kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbh in favour of es renfield limited dated on or around the date hereof which subjects (ii) described are currently undergoing registration in the land register of scotland and are to be amalgamated with title number gla 144479 and are also shown shaded pink on plan 2 annexed and executed as relative hereto ("plan 2").
