NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough
of Barking and Dagenham (hereinafter referred to as “the Council”)
have, on the 2 December 2015, made the above-mentioned Orders
(“the Orders”) under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49, 51 and 124 and of
Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and all other
enabling powers.
The general effect of the Orders will be to enable all existing
prohibitions and restrictions for stopping, waiting, loading and
unloading and all existing on-street parking place and loading bay
provisions in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham,
currently in place by virtue of the existing Traffic Management Orders
specified in the schedule below, to be revoked and re-introduced
without any change of substance into new Traffic Management
Orders.
The Orders, which will come into force on 23 December 2015, and
other documents giving further particulars, are available for inspection
at the Planning Application desk, Town Hall, Barking and at the
offices of the Chief Executive, Civic Centre, Dagenham between the
hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough
of Barnet proposes to make the above Orders under Sections 35 and
124 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and all other enabling
powers.
In order to improve parking opportunities for residents of the section
of East Barnet Road EN4 between Margaret Road and Victoria Road,
the general effect of the Orders would be to introduce a resident
permit scheme for use in the East Barnet Road “northern” and East
Barnet Road “southern” car parks, which would entitle vehicles
displaying a valid permit to park in designated resident permit holders
only bays in the aforementioned car parks between their operational
periods of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Residents of the address range outlined in Schedule 1 to this Notice
would be eligible to purchase a permit at a cost of £200 per permit
per annum, up to a maximum of 4 permits per household. Each
permit would entitle the permit holder to park in either of the East
Barnet Road car parks as follows:

Fridays inclusive for a period of 21 days from the date on which this
notice is published at:

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London
Borough of Brent propose to make the above-mentioned Order under
sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984, as amended by section 8 of and Part I of
Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985.
2. The general effect of the ‘Waiting and Loading Restriction’ Order
would be to further amend the Brent (Waiting and Loading Restriction)
Order 1979, so that:—
(a) waiting by vehicles (otherwise than for the purpose of delivering or
collecting goods or loading or unloading a vehicle) would be
prohibited at any time in the lengths of streets specified in Schedule 1
to this Notice;
(b) waiting by vehicles (otherwise than for the purpose of delivering or
collecting goods or loading or unloading a vehicle) would be
prohibited between 8.00 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. Mondays to Saturdays in
the lengths of streets specified in Schedule 2 to this Notice;
(c) waiting by vehicles for the purpose of delivering or collecting
goods or loading or unloading a vehicle for a period of more than 40
minutes in the same place would be prohibited throughout the week
in the lengths of streets specified in Schedule 1 to this Notice and
between 8.00 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. Mondays to Saturdays in the
lengths of streets specified in Schedule 2 to this Notice;
(d) the sale or offer for sale of goods from a vehicle would be
prohibited (except on Sundays in the lengths of streets specified in
Schedules 1 and 2 to this Notice) unless there is in force a valid
licence issued by the Brent Borough Council or the goods are
immediately taken into or delivered at premises adjacent to the
vehicle from which the sale is effected;
(e) the use of any vehicle or of any animal or the wearing of fancy
dress or other costume, wholly or mainly for the purpose of
advertising would be prohibited in the lengths of streets specified in
Schedules 1 and 2 to this Notice;
(f) any existing prohibition on the waiting by vehicles, the sale or offer
for sale of goods from a vehicle or the use of any vehicle or animal or
the wearing of fancy dress or other costume wholly or mainly for the
purpose of advertising in the lengths of streets specified in Schedule
1 and 2 to this Notice would be revoked;
(g) make minor drafting amendments to the existing waiting
restrictions in Honeypot Lane to reflect the current on-site layout.
3. The prohibitions referred to in sub-paragraph 2(a) to (c) inclusive
above would not apply in respect of anything done with the
permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or in
certain circumstances, e.g., the picking up or setting down of
passengers; the carrying out of statutory powers or duties; the taking
in of petrol, etc., from roadside petrol stations; to licensed street
traders, etc. The usual exemption relating to vehicles displaying a
disabled person’s “Blue Badge” would apply.
4. A copy of the proposed Order, of the relevant Order of 1979 (and of
the Orders which have amended that Order), of the Council’s
statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order and of a map
which indicate each length of road to which the Order relates can be
inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive
until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Order
are made or the Council decides not to make the Order at Brent
Customer Services, Brent Civic Centre, Engineers Way, Wembley,
Middlesex, HA9 0FJ.

6. Persons desiring to make representations or to object to the
proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their
