A petition to wind up the above-named company UK DIGITAL
CURRENCY ASSOCIATION (company number 08938586) (the
Company) whose registered office is at 4-6 Swaby’s Yard, Walkergate,
Beverley, East Yorkshire, England HU17 9BZ was presented to the
County Court at Hull on 5 June 2020 by DIACLE LIMITED, whose
registered office is now at 7 Bell Yard, London WC2A 2JR. The
petition was advertised in The London Gazette on 26 August 2020
and the Petitioner claimed to be a creditor of the Company.
The petition was transferred to the High Court of Justice Business
and Property Courts in Leeds on 28th July 2020 and heard on 13
October 2020.
Pursuant to the judgment of Deputy District Judge Temple dated 13
October 2020 the said Petition was dismissed.
The Petitioner represented their own action.

Swaby’s Yard, Walkergate, Beverley, East Yorkshire, England HU17
9BZ was presented on 9 January 2020 by Diacle Limited. By an order
made on 3 February 2020 DIACLE LIMITED whose registered office is
7 Bell Yard, London WC2A 2JR, a company incorporated in the UK
and whose address for service in the UK 7 Bell Yard, London, WC2A
2JR, the petitioner claiming to be a creditor of the Company.
The petition was transferred to the County court at Leeds on 28th July
The petition will be heard at The Business and Property Court, Leeds
Combined Court Centre, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1
3BG on 8 September 2020 at 10:30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the
petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the petition (whether
to support or oppose it) must deliver a notice of intention to appear to
the Petitioner (or the Petitioner’s solicitor) in accordance with
requirements of rule 7.14 by not later than 4pm on 7 September 2020.
