Any monies, obligations and liabilities (whether actual or contingent, whether incurred solely or jointly with any other person and whether incurred as principal or surety) now or in the future due, owing or incurred by colney hatch lane development LTD to EVOLUTION98 limited in any currency, together with all interest on any of the same, and all costs, charges and expenses incurred in connection with the same, as is more particularly described in the instrument.
