This notice is given pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016. Notice is hereby given that a virtual meeting of the creditors of the above named Company is being convened and will be held 3 September 2024 at 11.30am. Azamat Osmanov, in their capacity as the chair of the Company`s Board of Directors is the convener of the meeting ("the Convener"). The primary purpose of the virtual meeting is for creditors to consider a decision on the nomination of liquidators, and if the creditors think fit, to appoint a liquidation committee.
