Any freehold or leasehold or other immovable property now vested in the chargor (including without limitation (I) all the freehold property known as land at hill farm, new road, alderminster, stratford-upon-avon, CV37 8PE and being the whole of the land comprised in a transfer of part of the land currently registered at hm land registry with title number WK522202, such transfer being dated the date hereof and made between (1) robert frederick lindsey and (2) the chargor; and (ii) all the freehold property being the land known as land to the west of plot 1, hill farm, new road, alderminster, stratford-upon-avon, CV37 8PE and being the whole of the land comprised in a transfer of part of the land currently registered at hm land registry with the title number WK535789, such transfer being dated the date hereof and made between (1) lindsey property group LTD and (2) the chargor) and all present or future freehold or leasehold property in which the chargor has an interest.
