LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907 Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, on 3 December 2021, Basalt Infrastructure Partners II (UK) 1 Limited (the “Initial General Partner”), transferred its general partner interest in BIP III Ride Co-Investment L.P. (the “Partnership”) to Basalt Infrastructure Partners III GP Limited (the “New General Partner”). Consequently on that date, the New General Partner was admitted to the Partnership as a general partner and the Initial General Partner ceased to be a general partner in the Partnership. FELIX MANAGEMENT GP II LP (Registered No. SL030112) Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 NOTICE is hereby given that, on 1 December 2021 Frodox Investments Limited transferred the entirety of its interest in Felix Management GP LP (the “Partnership”), represented by a capital contribution of $2 to Mannax AB, and that with effect from the same date Frodox Investments Limited ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and Mannax AB became a limited partner in the Partnership. FELIX MANAGEMENT GP LP (Registered No. SL019535) Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 NOTICE is hereby given that, on 1 December 2021 Frodox Investments Limited transferred the entirety of its interest in Felix Management GP LP (the “Partnership”), represented by a capital contribution of $13.75 to Mannax AB, and that with effect from the same date Frodox Investments Limited ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and Mannax AB became a limited partner in the Partnership.
