Any right, title or interest in real property, receivables, accounts and all monies standing to the credit of the accounts and interest and other monies payable on or in respect of the accounts, goodwill, uncalled capital, insurances, material contracts, all other agreements to which it is a party and the benefit of any guarantee or security for the performance of such material contracts or other agreements.
