same day) on the south side of Elmfield Way, outside Beech Court;
and
(b) introduce double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions
throughout the adopted section of Elmfield Way (total of 314.5
metres).
3. The proposed Orders and other documents giving more detailed
particulars of the Orders are available for inspection until six weeks
have elapsed from the date on which either the Orders are made or

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
THE HAMMERSMITH AND FULHAM (SULIVAN ENTERPRISE
ESTATE) (OFF STREET CAR PARK) ORDER 20**
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London
Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham propose to make the above
Order under section 6, 32, 35 and 124 of and Part I to IV of schedule 9
of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
2. The general effect of the Order would be to enable the parking
places and restrictions on waiting by vehicles (yellow lines) on the
Sulivan Enterprise Estate to be enforced under the provisions of the
Traffic Management Act 2004. This means that Penalty Charge
Notices could be issued by the Council’s Civil Enforcement Officers to
vehicles that contravene the parking restrictions, and vehicles may be
removed (towed away) or immobilised (clamped) in certain cases, in
the same way as on the public highway. The same rights of appeal to
an adjudicator would also apply.
3. The parking restrictions on the Sulivan Enterprise Estate would
operate as follows:
(a) the parking restrictions to operate Monday to Saturday 9am – 5pm;
(b) every vehicle must be parked wholly within a marked parking bay
(vehicles are not permitted to park in any other areas on the estate,
including footways);
(c) parking permits to be issued in accordance with on street parking
permit charges as set by the Council in respect of motor vehicles that
is to say a passenger vehicle or goods carrying vehicle the overall
height of which does not exceed 2.28 metres.
(d) only vehicles displaying a valid HE37 parking permit would be
permitted to park in a permit holders parking bay;
(h) where a parking bay is indicated as being for the use of loading
only, the loading bay may be used, subject to the provisions of the
Order, for the leaving of vehicles for purpose of delivering or collecting
goods or loading or unloading the vehicles;
(i) where a parking bay is indicated as being for the use of a disabled
person’s vehicle, only a vehicle displaying a disabled person’s blue
badge may be left in that parking bay.
4. A copy of the proposed Orders, the Councils statement of reasons
for proposing to make the Orders and documents giving more
detailed particulars of the proposed Orders, can be inspected, by
appointment, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays
inclusive until the end of a period of 6 weeks beginning with the date
on which the Orders are made, or as the case may be, the Council
decides not to make the Orders.
5. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders or make other

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of
Haringey on 14th September 2023 has made the above mentioned
Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended and Section 23 Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to implement a Zebra Crossing on West
Green Road N15.
The general effect of the Order:
1. To amend the parking, waiting, loading and parking restrictions as
detailed below to facilitate the installation of a proposed Zebra
Crossing on West Green Road N15 as detailed below:
West Green Road / Bedford Road
1. To introduce double yellow line operating at any time on West
Green Road N15 at the eastern boundary of No.136, for 1.5 metres.
2. To reduce the length of the bus stop by 10 metres on West Green
Road N15 opposite No.146 to 142, bus stop will now be 25 metres in
length.
3. To remove single yellow line (approx. 44.3m) on West Green Road
N15 outside No.142 to 136.
4. To remove double yellow line (approx. 30 metres) on West Green
Road N15 opposite No.140 to 136.
5. To remove double kerb blips (approx. 5 metres) on West Green
Road N15 opposite No.136.
A Zebra Crossing would be introduced on West Green Road N15, with
the centre located 3.2 metres east of the shared boundary
No.138/140.
The crossings will be supported with associated zig-zag markings, on
which vehicles would be prohibited from stopping at all times. These
will be placed on the carriageway either side of the crossings; no
more than 17 metres in both directions.

September 2023.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough
of Bromley on 12th September 2023 made the above-mentioned
Order under Section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as
amended by Section 8 of and Part I of Schedule 5 to the Local
Government Act 1985 and all other powers enabling, which will come
into operation on 2nd October 2023.
The effect of the Order will be to continue indefinitely the prohibition
of vehicles, except pedal cycles and permitted vehicles, from entering
into or proceeding in the length of Overbury Avenue, Beckenham
(School Street), during the prohibited hours, as specified in the
Schedule to this notice, with amended hours. Restrictions will be
physically enforced with traffic signs and the installation of moveable
barriers, managed by nominated members of school staff.
The Notices of Making the above Order in experimental form
published in the Bromley News Shopper and The London Gazette
contained a statement that the Council would be considering in due
course whether the provisions of the experimental Order should be
continued in force indefinitely. The Council has carefully considered
and has decided that they should be so continued.
A copy of the Order and the Experimental Order may be inspected by

office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive in Churchill Court,
Westmoreland Road, Bromley until the expiration of a period of 6
weeks from the date of making the Order.

Places) Order 2018 so as to reflect the provisions referred to in sub-
paragraphs (a) to (e).
