All of flickerpix limited's ("borrower") right title and interest in and to the following (in any media in all territories) in relation to the television series provisionally entitled "zig & zag" to be based on an original script written by the writer (as defined in the charge) ("series"):. - all copyright and rights in the nature of copyright and all ancillary and other rights title and interest in and to the source material (as described in the charge, being the script written by the writer (as defined in the charge) entitled "the zig & zag show" together with all source material, underlying rights and all literary dramatic and artistic works created or acquired to date and in the future by or on behalf of the borrower in connection with the development of the series);. - the copyright in the series and all rights to distribute lease license sell exhibit or otherwise deal with and exploit any rights in the series in any medium by any and all methods and means;. - all soundtrack elements including master magnetic tracks audio and video tapes and discs of all types and gauges, all other optical sound track recordings and music cue sheets in relation to the series;. - all literary, property and ancillary rights (including all novelisation, publishing, commercial tie-up, spin off, sponsorship, merchandising, sequel and remake rights) of every kind and nature in the series;. - the music and musical compositions of the series including the lyrics and all rights to exploit the same and to produce publish reproduce and synchronise all or any of same;.
