(FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE SURFCONTROL PLC GROUP
PENSION SCHEME) – ("THE SCHEME")
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 (1) of the Trustee Act
1925 that the Trustees of the Forcepoint UK Limited Group Pension
Scheme are winding up the Scheme. If you have received a
communication from the Trustees regarding the wind up of the
Scheme, then you do not need to take any action.
Any former employees of Forcepoint UK Limited (Company Number:
04128869) or an associated company, including the previous
sponsoring employer (Surfcontrol Plc), who believe that they were
members of the above named Scheme and who are not receiving a
pension from the Scheme or who have not received announcements
from the Trustees of the Scheme are required to write to Mrs Sarah
Hamilton at Aon, Briarcliff Parc, Farnborough, Hampshire, GU14 7TE
to make a claim for benefits under the Scheme.
Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, the
period during which they worked for Forcepoint UK Limited or any
associated company and any documents supporting their claim.
Claims must be made within 2 months of the date of publication of
this advertisement.
In addition, if any person or persons have any other claims against or
interest in the Scheme, they are requested to write to Mrs Sarah
Hamilton at the above address setting out particulars of such a claim
in writing within 2 months of the date of publication of this
advertisement.
After the 2-month period, the Trustees may distribute the assets of the
Scheme amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to
the claims and interests of which they have prior notice and will not,
as regards the assets so distributed, be liable to any person of whose
claim they do not have notice.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925
that the Trustee of the Legal & General Group UK Pension and
Assurance Fund (the “Trustee”) has commenced the process of
winding-up the Legal & General Group UK Pension and Assurance
Fund (the “Fund”).
Any creditor, or any member of the Fund, or any relative or beneficiary
or personal representative of a member of the Fund or any other
person who believes they have a claim against, or entitlement to a
pension or any benefit from, or interest in the Fund is requested to
write without delay to:

Claimants should provide full details of their claim, their full name,

Important note: The Trustee has already written to all members and
beneficiaries currently receiving benefits or with a known entitlement
to future benefits from the Fund. If you have received a notification of
wind-up dated November 2023 from the Trustee, you do not need to
respond to this notice.
All claims must be made by 31 January 2025 so they may be
considered by the Trustee before it completes the winding-up of the
Fund.
After that date, the Trustee will proceed to complete the winding up of
the Fund by distributing all the property of the trust, having regard to
only those claims and entitlements the Trustee has received notice of
by 31 January 2025. The Trustee will not be liable to or in respect of
any other person whose claim or entitlement has not been so notified.
