NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 11th January 2019 the Council of the London Borough of Hackney made the above- mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. 2. The general effect of the Orders will be as follows; a) Annis Road: replace the disabled bay outside No. 23a with permit parking bay; b) Bentham Road: replace the disabled bay outside No. 26 with permit parking bay; c) Bethune Road: remove the disabled bay outside Nos. 133 - 198; d) Brooke Road: amend traffic order to more closely match the on street situation outside No. 128; e) Coopersale Road: replace the shared use bay outside Nos. 3 - 23 with a resident parking bay; f) Geldeston Road: replace the disabled bay outside No. 32 with permit parking bay; g) Hertford Road: replace all residents parking bays with permit parking bays between the junctions with Downham Road and Enfield Street; h) Narford Road: replace 6.6 metres of permit parking bay outside Nos. 47 - 69 with a disabled parking bay, next to an existing disabled bay; i) Oswald Street: replace sections of permit bays to the side of and opposite No. 6, with double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions; j) Pedro Street: extend existing permit parking bay by 9m opposite No. 7; replace 10m sections of permit bays to the side of No. 6 and opposite this location, with double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions; k) Tryon Crescent: replace the disabled bays outside Nos. 50 - 52 and 74 with permit parking bay; l) Willow Street ENVIRONMENT & INFRASTRUCTURE i. replace shared use bay on the southern kerb with double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions; ii. on the northern kerb extend the permit bay outside of No. 3 by 5.2m eastwards; iii. replace 3.5m of single yellow waiting restrictions with double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions at the dropped kerb outside No. 3; iv. replace remaining section of single yellow line waiting restrictions, with a shared use bay outside Nos. 3 – 17; v. replace 10m of double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions from the boundary, at the rear of No. 71 Great Eastern Street towards the junction with Ravey Street. 3. Copies of the Orders, which will come into force on 21st January 2018, other relevant Orders, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, can be inspected during normal office hours Mondays to Fridays, for a period of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made, in the visitors reception area, London Borough of Hackney, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, E8 1DY. Moving Traffic - Introduce one way with exemption for pedal cycles in a) Appold Street from the junction with Primrose Street to the junction with Worship Street in a northerly direction. b) Worship Street from the junction with Appold Street to the junction with Bishopsgate in an easterly direction. TT1327 a) Introduce no waiting at any time i. Amhurst Road in front of the vehicle cross over outside no 1 – 6 Amhurst Court ii. Fairholt Road at the junction with Heathland Road (supported with a School Keep Clear marking) TT1328 a) Introduce no waiting at any time iii. Bethune Road in front of the vehicle cross over for 162a Bethune Road . iv. Lynmouth Road a) 3.5m west of number 6 for 9m westwards b) from extended building line of number 92-94 for a distance of 10m eastwards c) from the extended building line of Laindon House for a distance of 10m westwards v. Ravensdale Road in front of garage for number 33 Leabourne Road. 3.
