A resolution to wind up the company is to be considered on 8 May 2018. The virtual meeting will be held by telephone on 8 May 2018 at 11.00 am. Creditors entitled to participate and vote at the meeting may do so either in person or by proxy. If a creditor cannot participate in person, or does not wish to attend but still wishes to vote at the meeting, they can either nominate a person to participate on their behalf, or they may nominate the chair of the meeting, who will be a director of the company, to vote on their behalf.
