Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited
Partnerships Act 1907, that GPMS (CI General Partner) Limited has
transferred its entire interest in GPMS SOF V Executives LP, a private
fund limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL037025
(the “Partnership”), to GPMS (Executives General Partner) LLP. As a
result, GPMS (Executives General Partner) LLP has been admitted as
the general partner of the Partnership and GPMS (CI General Partner)
Limited has ceased to be the general partner of the Partnership.
