All freehold and leasehold properties (whether registered or unregistered) and all commonhold properties, now or in the future (and from time to time) owned by the borrower, or in which the borrower holds an interest including, but not limited to, the properties specified being (I) all that freehold property being chelmscombe quarry, tuttors hill, cheddar, BS27 3JQ and registered at the land registry under title number ST275558; (ii) all that freehold property being cebg structural testing centre, tuttors hill, cheddar and registered at the land registry under title number ST274039; and (iii) all that freehold property being land at cebg structural testing centre, chescombe quarry, tuttors hill and registered at the land registry under title number ST199829 and property means any of them.
