As a continuing security for the discharge and payment of the chargor's liabilities (as therein defined), the chargor as legal and beneficial owner charges to the bank all present and future freehold/ leasehold property and any rights attaching thereto, all rents, fixtures and fittings, plant, machinery, equipment, furniture, licences, goodwill, uncalled capital, choses in action, claims, intellectual property, debts, credit balances, negotiable instruments, insurances and other property as more particularly described in clauses 3.1.1 to 3.1.15 of the debenture.
