The creditors and members of the Block Transfer Cases listed in Schedule A to the Order be notified of the Order by advertisement in the London Gazette (“Advertisement”) within 14 days of receipt of this sealed Order from the Court. 5. Any creditor or member, in respect of any of the Block Transfer Cases listed in Schedule A who has an objection to this order shall have 28 days from the date of the Advertisement to apply to the Court to set aside or vary the terms of the Order. Such application shall not affect the transfer of the Block Transfer Cases listed in Schedule A (attached to this order) until further or other order by the Court. 6. Messrs Payne, Woodthorpe, Jagger and Manning shall deliver notice to the Secretary of State and Registrar of Companies in respect of the Block Transfer Cases listed in Schedule A (attached to this Order) of the terms of this order as soon as reasonably practicable. 7. Nothing in this order shall release the outgoing office-holder from any obligation to give and file notices in respect of the office-holder's removal under this order in respect of the Block Transfer Cases listed in Schedule A (attached to this order). 8. Where there are joint office holders appointed on the Block Transfer Cases, they will act jointly and severally in relation to all matters relating to the administration of the Block Transfer Cases. 9. The parties have liberty to apply to the Court to amend this Order to include any appointments held by the Applicant which have been inadvertently omitted from the Application. 10.
