Amendments to parking places (disabled persons, payment parking
and motorcycle), one way and road
closure restrictions at various locations.
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 6 and 124 of, and
Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of
all other powers, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Common
Council of the City of London has made the orders set out in section 1
to this notice, with the effect set out in section 2 to this notice, by
amending the orders set out in section 3 to this notice.
1. The following orders will be made and shall become effective on
31st October 2024;
(a) The City of London (Parking Places) (Amendment No. 18) Order
(b) The City of London (Free Parking Places) (Disabled Persons)
(Amendment No. 4) Order 2024
(c) The City of London (Free Parking Places) (Motor Cycles)
(Amendment No. 11) Order 2024
(d) The City of London (One Way Streets) (Amendment No. 25) 2024
(e) The City of London (Prescribed Routes) (Road Closure)
(Amendment No. 28) 2024
2. The orders set out in section 1 to this notice will have the following
effect;
(a) Pepys Street to:-
(i) introduce a payment parking place on the north side, the north side,
from a point 6.6 metres opposite a point east of the western flank wall
of number 1 Pepys Street westward for a distance of 6 metres. The
parking charge set out in Schedule 2 (as varied) of The City of London
(Parking Places) (Consolidation No. 1) Order 2018 will apply;
(ii) extend the existing payment parking place on the south side, from
a point 4.4 metres west of the western kerb-line of Savage Gardens
by 6.5 metres in a westerly direction. The parking charge set out in
Schedule 2 (as varied) of The City of London (Parking Places)
(Consolidation No. 1) Order 2018 will apply;
(iii) re-position the existing motor cycle parking place on the south
side adjacent to the north side of No. 10 Trinity Square by 6.5 metres
in a westerly direction;
(iv) relocate existing disabled persons parking places by 0.6 metres in
a westerly direction.
(b) Great Tower Street to revoke the one way restriction between a
point 21 metres north-west of the western kerb-line of Mark Lane and
its junction with Byward Street, excluding the bus route, from north-
west to south-east.
(c) Hayne Street to revoke the no motor vehicles restriction operating
at any time except for access on its entire length.
3. The orders will be made by amending the following orders;
(a) The City of London (Parking Places) (Consolidation No. 1) Order
(b) The City of London (Free Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (No.
4) Order 2013
(c) The City of London (Free Parking Places) (Motor Cycles)
(Consolidation No. 1) Order 2017
(d) The City of London (One Way Streets) Traffic Order 2015
(e) The City of London (Prescribed Routes) (Road Closure) (No.1)
Order 2016 (as amended) Copies of the Orders, which will come into
operation on 31st October 2024, the statement of reasons for making
the Orders and plans can be inspected during normal office hours on
Monday to Fridays inclusive for a period of six weeks from the date on
which the Orders were made at the Planning Enquiry Desk, North
Wing, Guildhall, London, EC2V 7HH or on the City of London website
at www.cityoflondon.gov.uk/services/streets/traffic-schemes-and-
proposals.

make an application for the purpose to the High Court.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London
Borough of Harrow proposes to make the above-mentioned Order
under sections 6, 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985
and all other enabling powers.
2. The general effect of the Order would be to:
(a) introduce double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions in
certain lengths of the carriageway as detailed in Schedule 1 to this
Notice; and
(b) introduce single yellow line waiting restrictions in certain lengths of
the carriageway as detailed in Schedule 2 to this Notice.
3. A copy of the proposed Order, maps of the relevant areas and the
Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order can
be inspected until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date
on which this notice is published at Greenhill Library, Perceval Square,
College Road, Harrow, HA1 1GZ between 10.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m.
on Monday to Saturday and 11.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. Sunday,
excluding Bank Holidays.

1. Southwark Council hereby GIVES NOTICE that it proposes to make
the above Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule
9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effects of the Order, in the vicinity of the development
site known as Nos. 67-71 Tanner Street, the purpose of which would
be to facilitate pedestrian crossing as a priority of this area and to
clear obstructive parking around vehicular access points, would be in
TANNER STREET on the south-east side (opposite Nos. 67-71 Tanner
Street) to upgrade to new ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions (double
yellow lines) a 29.5 metre length of existing ‘timed’ waiting restrictions
(single yellow lines) with contiguous ‘timed’ loading restrictions (single
kerb blips operating only Saturdays between 8 am and 7 pm and
Sundays between 8 am and 6 pm). The existing contiguous single
kerb blips would remain unchanged on the new length of double
yellow lines.
NOTES: (1) ‘at any time’ means at all hours on every day of the week.
(2) All measurements are in metres and are approximate.
3. Southwark Council hereby GIVES FURTHER NOTICE under
sections 90A to 90I of the Highways Act 1980 and in accordance with
the provisions of the Highways (Traffic calming) Regulations 1999,
propose to construct a speed table of flat-top construction having a
maximum height level with the surrounding kerb covering the entire
width of the carriageway, in TANNER STREET from a point 8 metres
south-west of the south-western kerb-line of Maltby Street extending
south-westward for a distance of 6 metres. These measurements
include the ramps, and any existing traffic calming measures at the
exact location above will be refreshed and replaced.

1. Southwark Council hereby GIVES NOTICE that on 17 October 2024
it has made the above Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of
and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as
amended.
2. The general effect of the Orders, within Controlled Parking Zone
(‘CPZ’) 'T' in the vicinity of the new Burgess Park Sports Centre, the
purpose of which would be to facilitate the priorities of the area and
the centre, are to:-
(a) remove existing ‘shared-use’ (CPZ ‘T’ permit-holders and pay by
phone parking only) parking and add new lengths of ‘at any time’
waiting restrictions (double yellow lines ‘DYLs’) to accommodate the
parking changes (in both roads mentioned below) and add new
Disabled Persons’ parking places (in Cobourg Road):- (i) in
COBOURG ROAD outside and opposite the Burgess Park Sports
Centre a total of 128.5 metres removed (92 metres on the north-west
side of which 15.6 metres remain, and 36.5 metres on the south-east
side of which 20.5 metres remain) and replaced with a total of 116.5
metres of ‘DYLs’ and 2 new ‘unlimited stay’ Disabled Persons’
parking places on the north-west side (operating ‘at any time’ and
without time limit – each 6 metres in length), and (ii) in LONCROFT
ROAD north-west of its junction with Cobourg Road a total of 22.5
metres removed (11.5 metres on the north-east side of which 7
metres remain, and 11 metres on the south-west side of which 29
metres remain) and replaced a total of 22.5 metres of ‘DYLs’; and
(b) in COBOURG ROAD extend existing ‘shared-use’ parking outside
and opposite the Burgess Park Sports Centre and remove existing
‘DYLs’ to accommodate (i) north-west side by 2 metres (new bay will
be 15.6 metres in length) and remove 2 metres existing DYLs, and (ii)
south-east side by 15.5 metres (new bay will be 52 metres in length)
and remove 5 metres of existing ‘DYLs’.

1. Southwark Council hereby GIVES NOTICE that it proposes to make
the above Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV
of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
STATE
2. The effects of the Orders would be:-
(a) in CHOUMERT ROAD in CPZ 'B' (i) amend existing prescribed
routes to remove 'no entry' and westbound 'one way' working in
Choumert Road between its junctions with Alpha Street and Rye Lane
and to correctly describe a prescribed ‘left only’ turn at the junction of
Choumert Road and Alpha Street, (ii) south-east side o/s The Market
remove a 19 metres (‘m’) existing ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions
(double yellow lines ‘DYLs’) and 4m of existing ‘DYLs’ with
contiguous ‘at any time’ loading restrictions (double kerb blips
‘DKBs’) to accommodate a new loading place for the use of loading
only (23m in length) operating every day of the week between 7 am
and 7 pm (max stay 40 mins, and no return within 2 hours), and (iii)
south-east side o/s Nos. 1-7 Choumert Road remove 23m existing
DYLs and install a new 'stop and shop' parking in which either:-
vehicles may be left free of charge for up to 30 mins, or vehicles
which have paid the parking charge of (currently) £5.10 per hour or
£8.30 per hour for diesel vehicles (using 'Pay by Phone') may be left
for up to 2 hours, the first 30 mins of which parking session would be
free of charge (provided no same vehicle may return to a parking
place within 2 hours) between the hours of 8:30 am and 6:30 pm on
Monday to Saturday inclusive;
(b) in CPZ 'C2' (i) in BROOK DRIVE south-east side opposite its
junction with Pastor Street reduce in length existing ‘Pay by Phone’
parking ('pay') by 5m (25m remain) and install 5m new car club only
parking, and (ii) in TRUNDLE STREET south-east side, north-east of
its junction with Lant Street add 10m new permit-holders only parking
place ('permit') and remove 10m existing ‘timed’ waiting restrictions
(single yellow lines ‘SYLs’) to accommodate;
(c) in SAM KING WALK in CPZ 'EC' to clarify the parking restrictions
in the area by amending the Traffic Management Order map-based
schedule (an administrative exercise to match the records more
closely) (i) remove existing 'permit' (standing at 90° to the kerb) on the
north-west side o/s No. 10 Sam King Walk, (ii) south-east side
opposite No. 1 Sam King Walk reduce in length by 6.5m existing car
club only parking (2 car club bays, each 5.5m in length remain) and
add 6.5m 'unlimited stay' DPPP, and (iii) add ‘DYLs’ throughout the
remaining kerbside on all sides not designated as parking;
(d) in EMPRESS STREET in CPZ 'J' south-west side, south of its
junction with Fielding Street (i) reduce existing 'permit' by 6m (13.5m
remain), and (ii) install new electric vehicle only re-charging point 6m
in length, which may be used by electric vehicles for re-charging only
either for a max stay of 4 hours (no return within 2 hours) between the
hours of 7 am to 10 pm Mondays – Saturdays, or without time limit for
the remaining hours in the week;
(e) in COMBER GROVE in CPZ 'K' east side o/s Comber House,
increase existing 'permit' by 1m (new bay length 26.5m) and reduce
existing ‘SYLs’ to accommodate;
(f) in CPZ 'M2' (i) in AYLESBURY ROAD north-west side opposite
Nos. 2/4 Aylesbury Road, reduce existing 'shared-use' parking
(permit-holders for the CPZ listed and Pay by Phone) by 1.5m in
length (83.5m remain) and replace with DYLs, (ii) in BRETTELL
STREET on both sides, south-east of its junction with Aylesbury
Road, reduce existing 'shared-use' and replace with ‘DYLs’ south-
west side by 1m in length (56m remain), and north-east side by 1.5m
in length (58m remain), and (iii) in VILLA STREET north-east side
across its junction with Aylesbury Road, reduce existing 'shared-use'
and replace with ‘DYLs’ by 1.5m in length o/s Nos. 5/7 Villa Street (9m
remain), and by 1.5m in length opposite No. 6 Villa Street (66m

(g) in COPLESTON ROAD in CPZ 'PW' remove existing 'unlimited
stay' DPPP east side o/s No. 111 Copleston Road and replace with

(j) in GROVE VALE change the operating hours of an existing loading
only bay, south-west side o/s Nos. 18 to 22 Grove Vale (currently
operating 'at any time') to loading only between 6 am and 8 pm every
day of the week (max stay 40 mins, and no return within 2 hours);
(k) convert existing ‘SYLs’ to new ‘DYLs’ in (i) BRISBANE STREET
south-west side between its junction with Jago Walk and its junction
with Lomond Grove (97m), and (ii) HAMPTON STREET south-west
side, opposite its junction with Howell Walk (a total of 14.5m);
(l) in HAWKSTONE ROAD south-east side o/s Rotherhithe Primary
School extend existing ‘SYLs’ by 12m to accommodate full length of
new 'School Keep Clear' markings;
(m) add new ‘DYLs’ in (i) ALLEYN PARK north-east o/s Nos. 60 and 62
Alleyn Park (7m), (ii) ASTBURY ROAD east side opposite Astbury
Business Park (20m) and north side o/s No. 90 Astbury Road (2m), (iii)

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Royal Borough
of Kingston upon Thames made the following Order The Kingston
upon Thames (Moving Traffic Restrictions) Order 2024 on 14 October
2024 under sections 6, 84 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the

2. The general effect of the Order would be:-
(a) to consolidate the provisions of all existing Orders providing or
imposing prescribed route restrictions or prohibitions, cycle lanes and

Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames;
(b) to update and provide a consistent set of exceptions and
exemptions to these restrictions, prohibitions, provisions and speed
limits; and
(c) to provide for the use of a ‘map-based’ schedule, to be read in
conjunction with the Order, describing the location, type of restriction
or prohibition, provision, or speed limit, the class of vehicle to which
said measures apply and where applicable, the hours of operation
thereof.
NOTE: There would be no change to the existing layout, type or
extent of provision of prescribed route restrictions or prohibitions,

limits as they currently exist on-street as a result of the making of this
Order. 3. Any trial schemes enacted through ongoing Experimental

(THE SCHEME)
NOTICE UNDER THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, the Trustees of the
Scheme hereby give notice of their intention to wind up the Scheme
and distribute its assets.
The Trustees of the Scheme believe they have the names of everyone
who has a right to benefits. However, if you think you have an
entitlement under the Scheme and have not already been contacted
by the Trustees in relation to this, please send particulars of your
interest or claim to the Trustees within the time stated below. After this
time, the Trustees shall distribute the assets of the Scheme and
complete its winding-up. In accordance with section 27, the Trustees
shall not, then, be liable to any person of whose interest or claim they
have not had notice at or before the time of distribution.
Notification is not required from persons who are currently in receipt
of a pension from the Scheme, or who have already received
correspondence relating to the wind-up of this Scheme from the
Trustees.
