The SR gives legal effect to the Farm Sustainability Transition Payment (FSTP) which will replace the current Basic Payment Scheme (BPS) within 2025. It also includes a number of additional legislative changes to ensure the continued roll out of the Farm Support and Development Programme. The Scheme is sponsored by Hanson Building Materials Limited (Company number 00488067) and is currently administered by Capita. Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustee is winding up the Scheme following a merger of the Scheme with the Hanson Industrial Pension Scheme. The Trustee sent a letter dated 28 October 2024 to this effect to all known beneficiaries of the Scheme (for whom we hold contact details) as part of this merger. This notice is, therefore, published for completion before the trust of the Scheme is wound up.
