All and whole the subjects known as and forming joiners cottage, joiners house, howmore, isle of south uist, HS8 5SH and being the subjects more particularly described on the paper apart description annexed and signed as relative hereto. All and whole that area or piece of ground extending to zero point one three hectare or thereby part of the croft two howmore lying generally on or towards the north side of the public road leading from howmore to the A865 public highway on the township of howmore, parish of south uist, isle of south uist, island area of the western isles and for registration purposes in the county of inverness and bounded as follows:- on or towards the south partly by the road verge bordering on the said public roadway and partly by the end of the access road hereinafter referred to along with is extends forty metres or thereby; on or towards the west, north and east by other lands belonging to south uist estates limited and forming part of the said croft two howmore along with is extends thirty-two metres and forty forty centimetres or thereby, forty metres or thereby and thirty-two metres forty centimetres or thereby respectively, all as the said area or piece of ground is delineated in black and edged red on the plan annexed and signed as relative to disposition by south uist estates limited with consent in favour of donald allan macdonald dated 11TH august and 7TH september, and recorded in the division of the general register of sasines applicable to the county of inverness on 25TH september, all dates in the year 1992 (which plan is demonstrative and not taxative); wish free ish and access to the subjects hereby disponed by the existing access leading thereto delineated and coloured green on the said plan; which subjects for part of all and whole the estate of south uist and benbecula in the parish of south uist and county of inverness described in disposition by the trustees of lady cathcart in favour of herman anton andreae dated 16TH and 23RD and recorded in the division of the general register of sasines applicable to the county of inverness on 26TH, all days of may 1944; together with (one) the whole interest in the building and other erections thereon, (two) the fittings and fixtures therein and thereon; (two) the parts, privileges and pertinents of the subjects including all necessary rights of wayleave over the adjoining ground belonging to south uist estates limited for the installation of pipes, cables and others in connection with the provision of water, electricity, drainage and telephone service to the subjects with power to the said hebco homes LTD and their foresaids to enter on the adjoining ground belonging to south uist estates limited for the purpose of installation, inspection, maintenance, repair and renewal of the said pipes, cables and others on the understanding that they shall make good any surface damage occasioned to the said adjoining ground belonging to south uist estates limited caused as a result of their operations all to the satisfaction of south uist estates limited and their successors as proprietors of said adjoining ground and subject to the position of the pipes, cables and others being approved by south uist estates limited and their successors as proprietors of the adjoining ground and (four) my whole right, title and interest, present and future therein and thereto; which subjects ceased to be a part of the said croft two howmore by a decrofting direction under sections 16(9) and 16A(1)(a) of the crofters (scotland) act 1955 given under the seal of the crofters commission at inverness on 10TH august 1993.
