(FORMERLY KNOWN AS HELLER MACHINE TOOLS (UK) LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME) – (THE “SCHEME”) Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustee of the Heller Machine Tools Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme is taking action to secure benefits with an insurer and is winding up the Scheme. If you have received a communication from the Trustees regarding the winding up of the Scheme, then you do not need to take any action. Any former employees of Heller Machine Tools Limited (Company Number: 01414150) or an associated company, who believe that they were members of the above-named Scheme and who are not receiving a pension from the Scheme or who have not received announcements from the Trustee of the Scheme are required to write to Julie Dyer at Heller Machine Tools Limited, Acanthus Road, Ravensbank Business Park, Redditch, Worcestershire, B98 9EX to make a claim for benefits under the Scheme. Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, national insurance number and the period during which they worked for Heller Machine Tools Limited or any associated company and any documents supporting their claim. Claims must be made within 2 months of the date of publication of this advertisement. In addition, if any person or persons have any other claims against or interest in the Scheme, they are requested to write to Julie Dyer at the above address setting out particulars of such a claim in writing within 2 months of the date of publication of this advertisement. The Trustees wish to trace any person who believes that they may have any right to benefits from the Fund and who have not been contacted in respect of these benefits. If you are or were an employee of Henry Ling Limited (the Fund’s sponsoring employer) and a member of the Fund, or a dependant of a deceased member of the Fund, and believe you are entitled to benefits under the Fund but have not been contacted in respect of those benefits, please write to the Trustees within TWO MONTHS of the date of publication of this notice and provide details of your address and any benefits to which you believe you are entitled. After the expiry of this two- month period, the assets of the Fund will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interests of which the Trustees had notice of before the expiry of this two-month period. If you already receive a pension from the Fund, or you have received letters from the Trustees regarding the transfer of the Fund’s liabilities to an insurance company, you do not need to write to the Trustees as the Trustees already hold full details about your entitlement.
