Each of Pantheon Global Secondary Fund IV L.P., Pantheon Global Secondary Fund IV OPERS L.P., Pantheon International PLC, BP Pension Trustees Limited, Generali Global Private Equity SA SICAR and Pantheon Europe Fund VII L.P. (together, the “Transferors”) has transferred their entire limited partner interest in Hermes GPE Global Secondary LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL011494 (the “Partnership”) to each of HarbourVest GP LLC, HarbourVest 2019 Global Associates L.P., HarbourVest 2020 Global Associates L.P. and HIPEP IX Associates L.P (together, the “Transferees”). As a result of the transfers, the Transferors cease to be limited partners of the Partnership and the Transferees have been admitted as limited partners of the Partnership; and 2. SP Duet Acquisitions L.P. has transferred part of its limited partner interest in the Partnership to each of the Transferees.
