LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907 Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 19 September 2025, Philippos Asset Management AG (the “Transferor”) transferred to Fusion Equity (P) Sub-Aggregator L.P. (the “Transferee”) the entire interest held by it in Hg Mercury 4 A L.P., a limited partnership registered in England with number LP022775 (the “Partnership”), and consequently on such date the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and the Transferee became a limited partner in the Partnership.
