The "chattels" comprise the chargor's single torch gen 8 unit known as "Z2" located at the site as further identified in the site plan including the hiiroc innovation system (his) comprised among other things of a 5.7 torch, hydrogen vapourisation functionality, the 1.5.6 power supply and the borrower's control system, together with all intellectual property rights (whether now owned or hereafter acquired) necessary for the purpose of commissioning, operating, maintaining and repairing the Z2 unit, and all operating procedures and software (to the extent owned or hereafter acquired) as may be necessary for the Z2 unit's commissioning, operation, maintenance and repair (product system and his).
