By deed of charge and security assignment dated 09/01/2025 between chargor and chargee, chargor agreed to grant the chargee a fixed and floating charge over the collateral including all rights in and to the film "tutu: rebel with a cause" (w/t) as security for chargor's obligations under a co-production, financing and distribution agreement dated 09/01/2025 (all capitalised terms are defined in the attached deed).
