HUGHES ENGINEERING LIMITED Company Number: SC093798 Notice is hereby given that on 14 December 2021 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow by Eric Clark and William Halliday craving the Court inter alia that Hughes Engineering Limited (Company number SC093798) having its Registered Office address at c/o Wright, Johnston & Mackenzie LLP, 302 St. Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5RZ (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that Joint Interim Liquidators be appointed; and that in the meantime Scott Milne and Ian William Wright, Insolvency Practitioners, of Quantuma Advisory Limited 3rd Floor, 175 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LB be appointed Joint Provisional Liquidators of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor of 16 December 2021 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; and appointed the said Scott Milne and Ian William Wright to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of the Company with inter alia for a period of 3 months the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of part 2, and in paragraph 6 of part 3, of Schedule 4 to the INSOLVENCY ACT 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
