Notice convening final meeting of members and creditors
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Article 92 of THE
INSOLVENCY (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1989, that a final
meeting of the members of the above named company will be held at
12.00 noon on 13 April 2016 at the offices of Baker Tilly Ryan
Glennon, Trinity House, Charleston Road, Ranelagh, Dublin 6 to be
followed at 12.30 pm by a final meeting of creditors for the purpose of
showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of
the company disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be
given by the Liquidator and also of determining the manner in which
the books, accounts and documents of the company and of the
Liquidator shall be disposed of.
A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meetings may
appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for
the proxy to be a member or creditor. Proxy forms must be lodged
with the Liquidator at the offices of Baker Tilly Ryan Glennon no later
than 12.00 noon on the preceding day.

Notice is hereby given that it is my intention to declare a first and final
dividend to unsecured creditors of the above named company and to
distribute the dividend by no later that 7 March 2015 being four
months from expiry of the last date for proving. Creditors who have
not yet done so are required on or before 7 November 2014 (the last
date for proving) to provide a Proof of Debt with supporting

REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS (NORTHERN IRELAND)

The Department of Justice has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The
Sexual Offences Act 2003 (Notification Requirements) Regulations
(Northern Ireland) 2014” (S.R. 2014 No. 185), which was made on 23
June 2014.
Part 2 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (“the 2003 Act”) imposes
notification requirements on offenders convicted of certain sexual
offences. These offenders are called “relevant offenders”. The 2003
Act requires relevant offenders to notify certain personal information
to the police, both at the outset and periodically thereafter and to
notify certain changes in circumstances.
These Regulations amend the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (Travel
Notification Requirements) Regulations 2004 (SI 2004/1220) and
introduce new notification requirements under the 2003 Act.

The Attorney General for Northern Ireland has made a Statutory Rule
entitled “The Attorney General’s Human Rights Guidance (Northern
Ireland Prison Service – Prison Order and Discipline) Order (Northern
Ireland) 2014” (S.R. 2014 No. 152), which comes into operation on 7th
July 2014.
This Rule brings into operation human rights guidance for the
Northern Ireland Prison Service (in relation to prison order and
discipline) on the exercise of its functions in manner consistent with
international human rights standards.
