LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907 Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, on 19 March 2021, BCP Partners Limited (the “Initial General Partner”), transferred its general partner interest in BC Partners May Co-Investment (4) LP (the “Partnership”) to BC Partners Management XI Limited (the “New General Partner”). Consequently on that date, the New General Partner was admitted to the Partnership as a general partner and the Initial General Partner ceased to be a general partner in the Partnership. INNERWORKINGS EMEA HOLDINGS LP (Registered No. LP014693) (THE "PARTNERSHIP") Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 22 March 2021 InnerWorkings, Inc., transferred 100% of its limited partnership interest in the Partnership to HH Global Limited. Consequently, as of that date, as a result of the transfer detailed above, InnerWorkings, Inc. ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and HH Global Limited became a limited partner in the Partnership.
