Notice is hereby given that, by an Order of the Court dated 30 October 2023, Gary Bell (IP number 8710) (Outgoing Office-holder) was removed
from office in respect of each of the cases listed in the Schedules attached to the Order without being required to (i) use one of the decision
procedures or deemed consent procedures set out in the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended) (the Act) or the Rules for the Block Transfer cases;
or (ii) apply to the Secretary of State for release and discharge pursuant to the Act; or (iii) file a receipts and payments account.

respect of each of the Block Transfer Cases from the date of this order without being required to (i) use one of the decision procedures or
deemed consent procedures set out in the Rules for the Block Transfer Cases; or (ii) file a receipts and payments account.
Joint and several powers
Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by joint appointees may be done by all or any one or more of the persons at the
time being holding office. No functions are required to be undertaken by both joint appointees acting together and no functions are specifically
the responsibility of either joint appointee.
Notification
The creditors, and in the case of members’ voluntary liquidations, the members, in each of the Block Transfer Cases listed in the Schedules be
notified of this order solely by way of one composite advertisement published in the London Gazette (Advertisement) within 21 days of receipt
of the sealed order from the court.

Any creditor, or in the case on any members’ voluntary liquidation, any member, in respect of any of the companies or persons listed in the
Schedules who has an objection to this Order shall have 14 days from the date of the Advertisement to apply to Court to set aside or vary the
terms of this Order. Such application shall not affect the transfer of the Block Transfer Cases until further or other Order by the Court.
The Replacement Office-holders shall give notice to the Secretary of State and, in the case of companies, the Registrar of Companies in
respect of the relevant insolvency proceedings listed in the Schedules of the terms of this order as soon as reasonably practicable following the
order being made.
The Outgoing Office-holder shall file a copy of this Order with each of the Courts listed in the Schedules where applicable.
In the Block Transfer Cases, the Outgoing Office-holder shall be released forthwith from any and all liability past, present or future in respect of
any act(s) and/or omissions in relation to their conduct as Outgoing Office-holder of the estates. Such release shall take effect 21 days after the
notification requirement have been fulfilled, save that such Release may be subject to a further Order in the event of an application by any
creditor or member for a specific case subject to this application.
Pursuant to rules 18.6, 18.7 and 18.8 of the Rules, in respect of each of the Block Transfer Cases, the time by which progress reports are
required to be delivered by an office-holder of the Block Transfer Cases shall be unaffected and the next routine report due to creditors shall
contain reference to an explanation of the effect of this Order and the liberty to apply to Court to amend any Order to include any appointments
which have been inadvertently omitted from the application.
The terms of this order shall not apply to any case which is listed in the Block Transfer Cases but which prior to this Order being sealed by the
Court is concluded and the case closed (in which case for the avoidance of doubt the appointment of the relevant Replacement Office-holder
shall not take effect).

Joint Appointments
In respect of each of the block transfer cases set out in Parts 1, 2, 3
and 4 of Schedule 1 where the Replacement Office-Holders are
appointed as joint office-holder, any act required or authorised to be
done by the joint office-holders may be done by all or anyone or more
of them.
Notification
The creditors in each of the block transfer cases listed in Parts 1, 2, 3
and 4 of Schedule 1 be notified of this order by one composite
advertisement published in the London Gazette within 21 days of
receipt of the Court`s sealed Order in this matter. Such advertisement
containing the information set out in Schedule 1 shall be sufficient to
comply with the requirements of Rule 1.6 and Chapter 4 of Part 1
(Rules 1.10 to 1.14) of IR 2016.
Any creditor, or in the case of any members` voluntary liquidation, any
member, in respect of any of the companies or persons listed in Parts
1, 2, 3 and 4 of Schedule 1 who has an objection to this order shall
have 21 days from the date of the publication of this advertisement, in
which to apply to court to set aside or vary the terms of this order.
Such application shall not affect the transfer of the block transfer
cases listed in Schedule 1 unless ordered by the Court.
The Replacement Office-Holders shall, as soon as reasonably
practicable, give notice of this Order to the Secretary of State and, in
respect of the liquidations listed in Schedule 1, to the Registrar of
Companies.
The Outgoing Office-Holder shall file a copy of this order with each of
the courts listed in Schedule 1.
The Outgoing Office-Holder shall receive her release as Liquidator or
Supervisor (as the case may be) 21 days after the date of publication
of this advertisement, save that such release may be subject to further
order in the event of an application by any creditor or member for the
specific case subject to that application.
The outgoing Office-Holder shall receive her release from office
without being required (i) to apply to the Secretary of State for her
release or discharge as appropriate pursuant to s.173(2)(b), s.174(4)(b)
of the Act as the case may be or (ii) to file a receipts and payments
account.
The Replacement Office-Holders shall in the next progress report after
the date of this order, notify creditors or, in the case of any members`
voluntary liquidation, members of the making of this Order. In the case
of those block transfer cases where the final account or the final
report has already been delivered and the statutory time limit for a
creditor or a member making any further representations or
applications has expired or will expire within 8 weeks; publication of
this advertisement alone shall be deemed sufficient delivery of notice
of this order under rule 12.38(6)(b)(i) of the Rules.

Hughes Ltd between 1 January 1984 and 1 January 2023 and
were, or think you might have been, a member of the company
pension scheme.
The Trustee of the Stewart Hughes Ltd No.2 Retirement Benefits
Scheme (“the Scheme”) hereby gives notice for the purpose of
Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Scheme will shortly be
wound up. The Scheme’s Trustee wishes to trace any persons who
believe that they may have any right to benefits from the Scheme and
have not received correspondence by post from the Trustee notifying
them of the issue of individual deferred annuity contracts between
members and Phoenix Life.
