THE HAMMERSMITH AND FULHAM (THE HAMMERSMITH AND
FULHAM (ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING PLACES)
(AMENDMENT NO. 3) ORDER 20**
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London
Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham propose to make the above
Order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as
amended.
2. The general nature and effect of the Hammersmith and Fulham
(Electric Vehicle Charging Places) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2017 is
to amend the Hammersmith and Fulham (Electric Vehicle Charging
Places) Order 2016 by introducing and revoking designated Electric
Vehicle charging bays on the roads listed in the schedule to this
notice.
3. A copy of the proposed Orders, the Councils statement of reasons
for proposing to make the Orders and documents giving more
detailed particulars of them, can be inspected during normal office
hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, until the end of a period of 6
weeks beginning with the date on which the Orders are made, in the
offices of the Transport and Highways Department at the address
stated in paragraph 4 below.
4. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders or make other
representations should send a statement in writing to that effect and,
in the case of an objection, stating the grounds thereof, to the
following address:
Transport and Highways Department, Environmental Services, Town
Hall Extension, King Street, Hammersmith, W6 9JU –
until the expiration of 21 days from the date on which this Notice is
published.

(AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2009 (S.I 2009/1965) (THE “2009
REGULATIONS”)
Notice is given that at 13:04 on 19 January 2017 at DVSA checksite,
Crick, by virtue of powers under regulation 3 of the Goods Vehicles
(Enforcement Powers) Regulations 2009 (“the 2009 Regulations”), the
Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency detained the following vehicle:
Registration number: DX07 BAU Type: DAF
At the time the vehicle was detained it bore no livery and was carrying
frozen chips. Any person having a claim to the vehicle is required to
establish their claim in writing on or before 21 February 2017 by
sending it by post to the, Office of the Traffic Commissioner, 38
George Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, B15 1PL (regulations 9,10
and 22 of the 2009 Regulations). If on or by the date given in this
notice, no person has established that he is entitled to the return of
the vehicle, the Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency shall be entitled to
dispose of it as it thinks fit (Regulations 14 and 15 of the 2009
Regulations).
Any person having a claim to the contents of the above vehicle or any
part thereof is also required to establish their claim in writing on or
before 21 February 2017 by sending it by post to the address given
above. If on or by the date given in this notice, no person has
established that he is entitled to the return of the contents, the Driver
& Vehicle Standards Agency shall dispose of them as it thinks fit
(regulations 16 and 17 of the 2009 Regulations).

THE HCL PENSION SCHEME (THE “HCL SCHEME”)
This notice is addressed to members of the HCL Scheme who are
former employees of Howden Compressors Limited (company
number SC053832) or former employees of James Howden &
Company Limited (company number SC009324) (the “Companies”). It
is also addressed to anyone who was previously a member of the
HCL ‘Section’ of the Carrier (UK) Pension Scheme.
On behalf of HCL Pension Trustee Limited, as the Trustee of the HCL
Scheme, notice is hereby given under section 27 of the Trustee Act
1925 that it is intended that the HCL Scheme will be wound up and
terminated on 6 April 2017.
If you were an employee of either of the Companies and a member of
the Scheme at the time, and think you are entitled to benefits under
the Scheme, or if you are a widow/widower or surviving civil partner,
child or dependant of such an employee, please contact the Trustee

You should include your name, National Insurance number, date of
birth, current address and details of any benefits to which you think
you are entitled, together with copies of any documents supporting

After 6 April 2017 the Trustee will distribute the assets of the Scheme
to the persons entitled to them, and will have regard only to the
claims of which they have notice. Therefore, the Trustee is looking to
ensure that its records include all members with an entitlement under
the Scheme. If the Trustee is not aware of any entitlement you may
have under the Scheme by 6 April 2017 it will not be liable to pay
benefits to you.
Notice is not required from persons who are currently in receipt of a
pension from the Scheme, who have been contacted by the Trustee
at their current address or who have already made a claim and
received a response.
