Any creditor or, in the case of any members' voluntary liquidation, any member, in respect of any of the companies or persons listed in the Schedules below who has an objection to the Block Transfer Order shall have 28 days from the date of the Advertisement to apply to court to set aside or vary the terms of the Block Transfer Order. Such application shall not affect the transfer of the cases listed in the Schedules below until further or other order by the court. In respect of the company matters appearing in Schedules 1, 3, 4, 6 and 7 below, notification of the transfer shall be given to the Registrar of Companies within 28 days from the date of the Block Transfer Order. Joint appointments Where any appointment made by the Block Transfer Order is on a joint basis, the powers of the office-holders pursuant to their appointment may be exercised by any one or more of them. Discharge and release In respect of his appointments as joint administrator the Outgoing Office-Holder shall receive his discharge under paragraph 98 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 28 days after the Advertisement unless a creditor has made an application to set aside or vary the terms of the Block Transfer Order in which event release in respect of any appointment the subject-matter of such application shall await further order of the court. In respect of his appointment as joint administrator of Achievement For All (3AS) Limited, the Outgoing Office-Holder shall receive his discharge under paragraph 98 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 with effect from 19 November 2022.
