All and whole the subjects known as and forming the shien, 4 parliament square, cross wynd, falkland KY15 7BE in the county of fife, being the subjects more particularly shown coloured pink on the plan annexed and executed as relative hereto which subjects form part and portion all of whole the subjects described in, disponed by and shown coloured pink on the plan annexed and subscribed as relative to disposition by james ross and thomas ross in favour of peter henderson and mrs mary ann duncan ross or henderson dated 19 and 30 both days of may and recorded in the division of the general register of sasines applicable to the county of fife on 8 june, both months in the year 1956; together with the whole rights, common, joint, sole and mutual and otherwise pertaining thereto, including (one) a right of pedestrian access to and from the property to and from the public road known as cross wynd more particularly described in the disposition by the executor of the late james kilbane in favour of pamela michelle paquin dated 9TH january 2026 and registered in the land register of scotland under title number FFE146490 and (two) the whole rights of access and servitudes, etc which are contained in the said disposition by the executor of the late james kilbane in favour of pamela michelle paquin dated and registered as aforesaid.
