Improper conduct which resulted in their disqualification

1. Between at least 25 February 2016 and at the latest 16 January 2017, the date of liquidation, Mohammed Saleem (“Mr Saleem") caused Khanzada Import and Export Limited (“Khanzada”) to trade with a lack of commercial probity, in that: The accounts filed on 11 February 2016, which do not provide a true and accurate representation of Khanzada’s financial position, were utilised by credit reference agencies and as a result credit checks conducted by Khanzada’s suppliers were misleading; Khanzada provided two trade references on applications for credit. One reference was a sole trader business of Mr Saleem and the other reference was a business of which there was no trace; Khanzada provided false bank account details on applications for credit; The suppliers, who relied on credit check reports when making decisions to advance credit to Khanzada, are owed a total of £35,029 in respect of the goods provided. The suppliers have not received payment for the goods provided under the credit agreements and the whereabouts of the goods is unknown. 2.Mr Saleem was a registered director of Khanzada from 25 February 2016. He acted as a director and in the management of Khanzada whilst disqualified from doing so, in that: Mr Saleem provided a disqualification undertaking commencing on 02 April 2009 that he would not act in the management, promotion or formation of a limited company for 11 years; The disqualification undertaking was given by Mr Saleem in connection with his conduct whilst acting as a director of Wildtower Limited; The Court File does not contain an application by Mr Saleem for leave to act as a director.
