LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907 Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that: On 29 September 2017 Veolia UK Pension Trustees Limited, in its capacity as trustee of the Veolia Common Investment Fund transferred 100% of its interest in Pan-European Infrastructure Fund LP, being a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP010885 (the "Partnership"), with 38.1834% of such interest being transferred to Veolia UK Pension Trustees Limited, in its capacity as trustee of the Veolia Energy Pension Scheme and 61.1866% of such interest being transferred to Veolia UK Pension Trustees Limited, in its capacity as trustee of the Veolia UK Pension Plan: Veolia Environmental Services Final Salary Division, and on 29 September 2017 each of Veolia UK Pension Trustees Limited, in its capacity as trustee of the Veolia Energy Pension Scheme and Veolia UK Pension Trustees Limited, in its capacity as trustee of the Veolia UK Pension Plan: Veolia Environmental Services Final Salary Division were admitted as limited partners of the Partnership and Veolia Common Investment Fund ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership. And On 29 September 2017 Hermes Infrastructure Fund I LP transferred 100% of its interest in the Partnership, with 50% of such interest being transferred to IST3 Investmentstiftung and 50% of such interest being transferred to Stafford Capital Partners Fund S.CA. SICAV-SIF- Stafford Infrastructure Secondaries Fund II, and on 29 September 2017 Hermes Infrastructure Fund I LP ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
